Wil Parker is a skilful medium defender for Collingwood, signed as a Category B rookie in February 2024 after transitioning from a professional cricket career. He previously played for Victoria as a leg-spinner in the Sheffield Shield and had represented the Eastern Ranges back in 2019 before choosing to pursue cricket full-time.

After three years in elite cricket, Parker returned to football and made a rapid rise through the ranks, debuting for Collingwood in Round 11 of the 2024 AFL season against Fremantle

His debut came after just five games at VFL level, highlighting his adaptability and natural football instincts.
