Jasmine Fleming is a polished, high-impact midfielder whose poise, ball use, and leadership have made her one of the AFLW’s brightest young stars. Recruited from the Oakleigh Chargers, she debuted in Hawthorn’s inaugural AFLW match and quickly earned a Rising Star nomination in her first season.

By 2024, Fleming had become Hawthorn’s midfield engine—averaging 18.6 disposals, 4 inside 50s, and leading the league in bounces with 23. She finished third in the club’s Best & Fairest for three consecutive seasons and was named Best Player in Finals in 2024. Her ability to break lines, absorb pressure, and deliver cleanly makes her a consistent threat in transition.

Off the field, she carries a rich sporting pedigree as the daughter of former Australian cricketer Damien Fleming and ex-netballer Wendy O'Donnell. Her grounded personality and elite mindset make her a compelling figure for campaigns focused on youth leadership, legacy, and high-performance culture.
