An electric small forward, Dudley possesses elite goal sense, finishing ability and front half pressure, which saw him make his debut in Round 3, 2025 - the Western Derby against rivals West Coast.

Hailing from Port Lincoln, but raised in Adelaide, Isaiah was a member of Adelaide’s Next Generational Academy. A talented junior, Dudley was overlooked in his U18’s year and instead progressed to play Senior Football at SANFL club Central District.

In 2024, Dudley kicked 21 goals in 20 senior games for Central District, finishing 3rd in their B&F. In December 2024, Dudley was invited to train on at the Dockers during the Pre-Season Supplementary Selection Period (SSP), where he impressed and was awarded with a spot on Fremantle’s rookie list.

Dudley has continued to impress throughout the 2025 season, which has seen him earn a 1-year contract extension to remain at Fremantle until at least the end of the 2026 season.
