A value pick of his Draft, Adam was never far from success during his AFL career which spanned over 14 years and 228 Games.
Drafted by the Swans, Adam played in the 2005 & 2006 Grand Finals, before being traded to St Kilda at the end of 2007 where he played in the 2009 and 2010 Grand Finals, including the 2010 replay. Although only one of those Grand Finals led to a Premiership (2005), Adam continually showed his importance to the team as a crafty small forward.
With a terrific eye and knowledge of the game, Adam had shown throughout his playing career that he had the ability to coach. This has included as the coach of GWS Giants Reserves Team and now as an Assistant Coach of the Senior Team.
