International chef Sarah Todd has risen to the top of the culinary world since her first appearance as a MasterChef Australia contestant in Season 6 in 2014. Sarah has become one of the most renowned names in the global Indian food scene after a life-changing decision saw her open her first restaurant in India, Antares Restaurant & Beach Club in Goa. The restaurant quickly became one of the most popular food destinations in India. This venture's success saw Sarah return to Australian TV screens in a six-part series in 2016 called, My Restaurant in India, which has now aired in 156 countries giving her global recognition.

Sarah's classical skills honed from Le Cordon Bleu, combined with her extensive travels across India, have influenced her unique cooking style. In 2020, Sarah was the official chef for the Australian Open in an all-female AO Chef Series. Throughout the tournament, Sarah hosted a fine dining restaurant captured in a 5-part TV series called Perfect Serve, which aired on Channel 9 in Australia and globally. During her tenure at the Australian Open, Sarah showcased the best Australian produce combining her signature creativity using spices with simplicity and elegance.  With nine TV shows under her belt, Sarah is currently co-hosting Farm to Fork, a 90-episode series on Network Ten.

In 2021, Sarah published her highly successful second cookbook, My Indian Kitchen, showcasing Indian inspired recipes that are quick and simple to create. In early 2021 she joined Australian Women's Health Magazine as their monthly food & fitness columnist. Sarah has a substantial digital influence across her social platforms, with a following of over one million and a monthly reach of 32 million, which saw the birth of her digital series Sunday Travels with Sarah.  In the debut Australian season, Sarah invited a guest from the top of their field to discuss their love of travel and food as they worked together to recreate a beautiful dish for their travels. A prestigious guest list including international DJ Carl Cox, celebrity trainer Michelle Bridges, interior designer Neale Whitaker, model and fitness guru Rachael Finch, loved TV host and designer Shaynna Blaze and Miss Universe Australia Maria Thatill.  The show reached a mind-blowing audience of over four million. Season two is already in pre-production.

Sarah is now in demand as an international chef, restaurateur, TV host, speaker, and entrepreneur. Sarah influence has seen her collaborate with internationally renowned chefs, including Heston Blumenthal, Marco Pierre White, George Calombaris and Ranveer Brar, and lifestyle and brands such as Mercedes Benz, Lexus, Grey Goose, Lavazza and Hugo Boss and events as host of Western Australia's premier food festival, The Gourmet Escape.

As a former high fashion model, Sarah has also worked with some of the world's most recognisable fashion brands, including Gucci, Hugo Boss, Pantene and Seafolly. Sarah has appeared at many prestigious events as a keynote speaker, including the Economic Times Global Summit alongside India's prime minister, Narendra Modi and the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit with the internationally renowned chef Heston Blumenthal.

Sarah's most significant achievement is her beautiful 9-year-old son Phoenix. He loves to join her in the kitchen in their Melbourne home, a junior MasterChef in the making!
