Selected with Carlton's first pick of the 2016 AFLW Draft, Bianca was considered as one of the 'elite' players of Womens Football before making her AFLW debut in Round 1 against Collingwood in front of a packed IKON Park.

Enjoying a great first season mainly used as a forward, Bianca used her exceptional skills and decision making to become one of the Blues most damaging players. This was a fine achievement, especially given she was coming off a serious knee injury which saw her out of the game for two years.

At the conclusion of the first season, Bianca was traded to Melbourne where she settled into her new surrounds immediately as the club welcomed her with open arms. In what was a positive season but difficult year as the team fell agonisingly short of a Grand Final berth, Bianca had a solid season and was included in the AFLW All Australian Squad.

After having been forced to step away from Football in 2020 in a pursuit to join the Police Force, Bianca was traded to St Kilda. Having an immediate impact on her new group, Bianca played off half back where she was able to recapture her dashing form. While her first season in the red, white and black was impressive, her second was excellent, as she was rewarded with St Kilda’s 2022 Best & Fairest. Season 7 saw Bianca have another great year, playing all 10 games. 2023 was much the same, as Bianca again played 10 games and continued to help lead St Kilda.

Bianca has finished her training at the Academy and now works full time in the Police Force.
